Kim has been with Morrison, Motl & Sherwood since 1985, except for a two year hiatus practicing consumer law in Boston 1999-2001. Kim’s practice focuses on representing Montana consumers harmed or injured by unfair or illegal business or credit practices; representing Montanans concerned about protecting Montana’s clean environment and their constitutional environmental rights; and representing individuals and members of the media who want to assure that government is operated in the open and is accessible to all Montanans as required under law.

Kim has served on the Board of Directors of the Montana Wilderness Association, Helena Food Share, and the Montana Environmental Information Center, and was Executive Director of Montana Common Cause.
